shipping policy

Shipping takes 5-7 business days after your order is processed. Business days are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm CST. Taxes and shipping cost are adding during checkout. All hair extension packages must be signed for upon delivery. If you miss your delivery please call the appointed courier service as soon as possible. There is a limit on how many days the courier station will hold the package before sending it back to the sender. Once the package has been sent back to the sender the intended recipient will incur all charges and fees for returns according to the courier return rates. A 25% restock fee will be charged before refund is submitted to the intended recipient. International orders may occur customs and duties fees which are not included in the purchase price as well as a 25% restock fee. Superior Hair and Lashes are not responsible for any fees, they are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.

return & exchange policy

 All sales are final, Exchanges can be made within 5 days of purchase on unopened, unused and products that have not been tampered with. This is for safety reasons. They must be returned to the store in the same condition the product was purchased for an even exchange or exchange towards product of greater value. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. If the product is returned and have been opened, used or tampered with, the customer is responsible for shipping fees and will receive they same product. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting. Superior Hair and Lashes will ensure that your order is correct and you are receiving the best quality hair, mink lashes and accessories, including hair bonnets before shipping.
